Privacy Policy

PRO-LEDSIGN TECHNOLOGY INC. ("PRO-LED", "we") operates PRO-LED Cloud, the web portal and mobile apps used to manage PRO-LED / HuiDu LED signs.

What we collect

• Account data: the username you sign in with and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Sign data: controller IDs, model, firmware, screen size, online status, brightness and power state reported by your LED controllers, and the programs and jobs you send to them.
• Content you create: text and pictures you upload for sign programs. Photos are only accessed when you tap Choose photo or Take photo, and only the selected image is uploaded.
• Technical logs: IP addresses and request logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no sale of personal data.
• No contacts, location or microphone access.

Where data is stored

On servers in Amazon Web Services, Canada (Central) region. Backups are kept for 7 days.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers that host the service (AWS), or when required by law. When you use Share, the image goes to the app you choose.

Retention and deletion

Programs and job history are kept until you delete them or close your account. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@proledsigntech.com.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
